Who are Manchester Mind?
Mancheser Mind is our local Mind centre supporting the needs of the community, to promote the wellbeing of people affected by mental distress. They take a positive approach to mental health alongside challenging stereotypes and discrimination.
When do you donate?
We first validate the review with customer orders and customer team feedback.
Twice a year we talley the validated reviews total and donate the total value of reviews to Manchester Mind in a single, half-annual, donation.
How do you proove you've donated?
Our scheme started in 2023, with the first donation was made in the Summer of 2023. We will update this page accordingly when each donation has been made.
What if my review won't be positive?
We're a small British firm, and want to get our orders right first-time, but understand sometimes things go wrong.
Therefore we value all feedback and ask you to contact our customer service team first to address any issues with your order before leaving a review.
Can I have £5 instead of a donation?
